After successfully enticing a pair of bluebirds to build a nest in one of my boxes, I was excited to see the female had laid some eggs in it!!I have no idea how long the incubation period is for a bluebird egg, but I'll post some pictures once they hatch.
Today is Good Friday, and as I'm anticipating the hatching of these eggs, I am also anticipating the Good News of Jesus' ressurrection on Easter Sunday. We typically don't like to dwell too long on the agony that Jesus went through on Good Friday, but without this event, our Easter story would be incomplete.
May this Easter season be a blessed one for you.
